
Hunter Health is embarking on an exciting new chapter in its commitment to whole-person healthcare with the construction of the Community Wellness Center at Central and Grove. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to address not just medical needs but also the social drivers of health, ensuring that individuals and families in Wichita have access to resources that promote long-term wellness.

When the temperatures drop, it’s easy to forget the importance of staying hydrated. In cooler months, we often don’t feel as thirsty, but our bodies still need plenty of water to function at their best. Dehydration can happen in winter too, leading to fatigue, dry skin, and weakened immunity.

Native American Heritage Month brings to mind the need to maintain Native American traditions, culture, and to remember our history.
Since my family and tribe continue to work on maintaining our traditions and culture throughout the year, now would be a good time to share part of our family traditions and culture. Moreover, it is a time to show the need for a continued resource to practice our tradition and culture.
