Feimer
Chief Executive Officer

Amy has her MBA from the University of Maryland and her Bachelor of Arts from McGill University. Amy served on the Hunter Health Board of Directors prior to becoming CEO. She leverages her broad business background and 20+ years in banking to deliver on our mission to improve the health and wellbeing of everyone in our community.

Sabally
Chief Operating Officer

Joanna has worked in the field of public health since 2003 in both the non-profit and government sectors. She has a Master’s in Public Health and was a 2015 Fellow in the National Leadership Academy for the Public’s Health. She is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's operational systems, procedures, performance objectives, productivity benchmarks, compliance measures, workflow planning, and scheduling. Joanna, in collaboration with the Executive Team, sets the strategic vision for delivering high quality, integrated, cost-efficient care where patient experience and improved health outcomes are the primary goal. She speaks Spanish, Portuguese, Pulaar (West Africa), and German

Dr. Rogena
Johnson, MD
Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Johnson received her undergraduate degree from Kansas State University, and her medical degree from the KU School of Medicine in 2005.

Dr. Johnson is an American Academy of Family Physicians board-certified Family Medicine physician who enjoys every aspect of primary care, working with all ages in long-term health maintenance and preventive and acute care. She is enthusiastically committed to the concept of wellness and disease prevention. She believes that her patients' overall level of wellness directly impacts their quality of life, and she works her patients individually to create a personalized plan to achieve their health goals. Dr. Johnson is also well versed in a wide variety of clinical procedures and minor office surgeries

In 2005, Dr. Johnson completed a clerkship in General Surgery in Zanzibar, Tanzania - an experience that was pivotal in her decision to become a Family Medicine physician. Her many awards for her compassion and devotion include the "G.O Proud Student Research Fellowship Award" for Otolaryngology research from the University of Kansas Hospital ENT department in 2002, nomination for the "2012 Treasure Coast Physician Excellence Award" and the "2012 Patients' Choice Award" from the online consumer research organization PatientsChoice.org.

Saal
Chief Financial Officer

Ron is an accomplished leader with more than 25 years of financial experience in the Aerospace and Oil/Gas industries. He earned his MBA from Wichita State University and his Bachelor of Accounting from Wichita State – Go Shox!  Ron is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining the organization's revenue cycle, and ensuring all services and organizational activities comply with applicable regulatory and licensing agencies.

Dr. Valerie
Hunter
Dental Director

Dr. Hunter started her education at Wichita State University, but relocated to Washington DC in 2009 to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Howard University College of Dentistry. She moved back to Wichita, Kansas in 2013 to complete residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Wichita State University. While working at WSU, Dr. Hunter worked evenings at a local FQHC where she found her passion for public health. She believes in providing quality care to all patients regardless of socio-economic status, race, age or ethnicity. She is fluent in English and Russian.

Director of Primary Care

Callie holds a Bachelor of Science degree as a Physician Assistant from Wichita State University. For more than five years she has been a clinical health provider at Hunter Health and has worked with the clinic’s nurse manager to implement a new care management model at HHC that includes an increased nurse-to-provider ratio.

Kaitlin
Boger, EdD,LMSW,LMAC
Director of Integrated Care

Dr. Boger holds a Doctorate in Education and is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Licensed Master Addictions Counselor. She brings years of experience in the field of behavioral health to Hunter Health. Dr. Boger specializes in communication and trauma informed care training, patient care coordination, crisis prevention and care, severe and persistent mental illness and integrated care techniques.

Director of Marketing and Engagement

Brittney is a graduate of Wichita State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management and Community Development. She comes to us with more than 7 years of marketing and business development experience in the non-profit sector. Brittney is an active member of the Wichita chapter of the American Marketing Association and American Fundraising Professionals. She is responsible for the strategic marketing direction, communication, overseeing brand identity, and fundraising initiatives for Hunter Health.
