Who Am I?

I grew up in Wichita and wanted to better understand relationship dynamics between individuals, partners, and their families after completing an undergraduate internship. My professional areas of interest include communication, psychoeducation, and emotion regulation.

I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Friends University and then went on to earn my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Oklahoma State University. I have a background in cognitive development, integrated care, and inpatient care and experience working with children, adults, and their families.

I have a passion for nontraditional therapy and the mind-body connection. Integrated care has been the perfect way for me to express my interests and passions as a clinician. Most of all, I love having the opportunity to provide mental health services to those in my community!
