We aim to make health care a better system for everyone and that means eliminating barriers and providing on-site access to your medications at the Hunter Health Community Pharmacy. As a patient of Hunter Health you have the opportunity to participate in the 340B Program, which may lower the cost of some medications. Visit the Hunter Health Community Pharmacy for more information.
The cost of medication is often a barrier to overall health and wellbeing. At Hunter Health, we work to find affordable or no cost prescriptions for patients who do not have adequate insurance coverage. Prescription assistance can be offered in the way of Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs), which are created by pharmaceutical companies to provide free or discounted medicines to people who are unable to afford them. Each program has its own qualifying criteria, but Hunter Health will help you complete your application.
