Rachel Mayberry

As Chief Advancement Officer, Rachel Mayberry stewards the advancement of Hunter Health’s mission. This includes marketing, outreach, and fundraising while also establishing Hunter Health as an important voice for the community in shaping public policy.

Rachel joined Hunter Health in 2022 after almost 6 years at Heartspring, a local nonprofit specializing in care and services for children with special needs and their families. Her career spans nearly two decades in both the nonprofit and for-profit industries. She’s passionate about helping provide critical services to those struggling for access to care.

Rachel grew up in the Midwest and holds a master’s degree from Coastal Carolina University. She is currently working on her doctorate at Newman University.
