Hunter Health Announces Kim Doze-Lohmann as New Director of Development & Communications

Wichita, Kan. — Hunter Health is pleased to announce that Kim Doze-Lohmann has joined the organization as its new Director of Development & Communications, bringing more than 26 years of leadership, innovation, and community-focused marketing experience.

A longtime leader in Wichita’s marketing community, Doze-Lohmann built her career elevating brands, strengthening community relationships, and supporting mission-driven organizations. She most recently served as Director of Marketing at Martin Pringle law firm, where she unified business development and communications strategies across regional markets. Her earlier roles at the Wichita Clinic (now Via Christi Clinic) further deepened her commitment to improving health outcomes in the region.

A Wichita native, Doze-Lohmann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in public relations from Wichita State University. She is active in the community, serving as Vice-Chair of Leadership for the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, on the Sedgwick County Zoo Board of Directors, and in an advisory role for the Wichita Marketing Association. Her leadership has been-recognized by the Wichita Business Journal, including honors as a “Woman Who Leads,” a 40 Under 40 recipient, and a Leader in Diversity for championing salary negotiation training in Wichita.

In her new role, Doze-Lohmann will guide Hunter Health’s fundraising, communications, and brand strategy, supporting the clinic’s mission to expand access to equitable, culturally attuned, whole-person care.

Hunter Health’s Chief Advancement Officer, Dennis Clary, welcomed her arrival, noting, “Kim is a proven leader whose career has been defined by purpose, compassion, and results.
