Erin Farr brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in mental health to Hunter Health. A licensed clinical social worker and seasoned executive, she has led multidisciplinary teams across diverse settings, including inpatient and outpatient care, community mental health, substance use treatment, and correctional healthcare. Erin combines deep clinical expertise with strong operational leadership and business acumen to enhance quality of care, strengthen teams, and expand access to services. She is especially passionate about reaching individuals who face barriers to care and improving systems to ensure patients receive the highest level of support. Erin values collaboration and is excited to work within an interdisciplinary team to provide integrated, patient-centered care.
