Who I Am
I was born and raised in Kenya, and have lived in Kansas for 13 years. Growing up in Kenya, I could see the disparities in healthcare. While volunteering in a health care center in high school, I noticed how the providers were working tirelessly to change peoples’ lives with limited resources. That inspired me to venture into healthcare and do my part to deliver quality health care to all.
A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Maryville University
I worked at skilled nursing units as a Registered Nurse for 4 years, then moved to a cardiovascular unit at a hospital for five years before joining Hunter Health in 2020.
Why Hunter Health
We provide care for everyone, regardless of insurance or status, bridging the gap for access to care.
