Hunter Health Named Recipient of Huron│Studer Group Excellence in Patient Care Award for Employee Engagement

Wichita, KS — Hunter Health announced that it received a 2019 Excellence in Patient Care Award from Huron’s Studer Group business. Hunter Health is being recognized for demonstrating significant improvements in employee engagement in 2018.

“We congratulate Hunter Health on this achievement,” said Debbie Ritchie, managing director in Huron’s Studer Group business. “This recognition highlights their dedication to improving employee satisfaction and achieving excellence in healthcare.” 

Excellence in Patient Care Awards are presented annually to a select group of partner organizations from Huron’s Studer Group business. To be eligible for an award, an organization must demonstrate overall improvement in areas such as patient satisfaction, and employee and physician engagement.

The awards will be presented at the 17th annual What’s Right in Health Care® leading practices conference, which takes place Aug. 13-15, 2019, in Dallas, Texas. The conference attracts administrative and clinical healthcare professionals from the U.S., Canada and Australia.
